Lectures or Q-Bank Freezing on Devices

Our system uses Adobe Flash and JavaScript which also integrate with most web browsers. The Online Lectures will not pull up correctly if Adobe Flash, Java, and your browser are not up-to-date.

We recommend the following solutions:

  1. Reset your internet connection or test on a different internet connection.
  2. Try viewing lectures or q-bank on a different device if possible.
  3. Update your Adobe Flash and JavaScript by Clicking Here.
  4. Update the web browser you are using to view lectures or try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox by Clicking Here.
  5. Try viewing lectures or q-bank in a different browser (if you are currently using Google Chrome, try using Firefox).


We have dedicated servers & do not share server space with other activities or companies.

Each of our servers contains over 2 terabytes of bandwidth to avoid interruptions in video streaming on our end.
