Lectures or Q-Bank Freezing on Devices

We recommend the following solutions:

  1. Reset your internet connection or test on a different internet connection.
  2. Try viewing lectures or q-bank on a different device if possible.
  3. Update the web browser you are using to view lectures or try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox by Clicking Here.
  4. Try viewing lectures or q-bank in a different browser (if you are currently using Google Chrome, try using Firefox).


We have dedicated servers & do not share server space with other activities or companies.

Each of our servers contains over 2 terabytes of bandwidth to avoid interruptions in video streaming on our end.
