Lectures or Q-Bank Will Not Load on My Computer


We have dedicated servers & do not share server space.

Each of our servers contains over 2 terabytes of bandwidth to avoid interruptions in video streaming on our end.  There are over 1,000 active customers utilizing the same content without problems.

This problem generally relates to issues with the user's internet service provider. This can be influenced by several factors including the number of customers accessing the internet, time of day, maintenance issues, or the particular device.

Please try EACH of the following:

  1. Log out
  2. Try clearing your browser history and cache.
  3. Try rebooting your computer and internet (we would suggest leaving your internet off for at least 10 minutes to let the system fully refresh).
  4. Update the web browser you are using to view the lectures in, or try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox by Clicking Here.
