Lectures or Q-Bank Will Not Load on My Computer

 

We have dedicated servers & do not share server space.

Each of our servers contains over 2 terabytes of bandwidth to avoid interruptions in video streaming on our end.  There are over 1,000 active customers utilizing the same content without problems.

This problem generally relates to issues with the user's internet service provider. This can be influenced by several factors including the number of customers accessing the internet, time of day, maintenance issues, or the particular device.

Please try EACH of the following:

  1. Install any system updates your device may have.
  2. Update the web browser you are using or try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  3. Clear your internet cache and history. Here is a link to an FAQ article with instructions to clear Google Chrome's cache. (This step is critical after any update to refresh the settings)
  4. Restart your device.
