The lectures are freezing on my iPad or iPhone.

If the lecture on your iPad  or iPhone happens to freeze, please try the following:

  • Refreshing the lecture page and then starting from the point where you left off.
  • Reboot your iPad by holding down the top right “Sleep” button and powering off.
  • Try on a different internet connection, as some Internet Service Provider's may not have the bandwidth to stream video for a long period of time.
