The lectures freeze on my iPad or iPhone.

We recommend you try the following:

  • Refresh the lecture page and then start from the point where you left off.
  • Reboot your iPad by holding down the top right “Sleep” button and powering off.
  • Use on a different internet connection, as some Internet Service Providers may not have the bandwidth to stream videos for a long period of time.
